Our outreach specialists reduce barriers by providing transportation assistance, helping with applications, offering translation services, and navigating complex systems. By establishing a consistent, non-judgmental presence, the program builds trust and strengthens relationships that extend beyond one-time transactions. 

These meaningful connections empower individuals to advocate for themselves and foster the skills, confidence, and network needed to achieve long-term self-sufficiency.
